Items lost in the Mail

Please contact me as soon as possible if you suspect your order has gone missing. If a package is not found, I will work on reimbursing the buyer immediately. We will then call up the customer service line for your mail carrier. 

We'll file a claim immediately. While that process is taking place, we will look into the data we have on the package. If package is found, you will have to purchase it again if the refunded money has been processed. If not, you will be charged another shipping and handling fee.
